Gua Bao: Open-face style steamed buns served with a side of house-made Napa cabbage slaw tossed in sake-ginger dressing.

Our restaurant

Breaking Buns was opened in March 2021 and features Asian fusion with a Breaking Bad theme.

Add your choice of protein: Szechuan chicken, Miso pork belly, Ota tofu, shrimp, braised beef, chicken Philly cheesesteak.

Our most popular dishes are the pork belly steamed buns, braised beef short rib, pork belly yakisoba noodles.

We use local vendors such as S and D produce family owned and operated, Willamette Valley Meats and Ota Tofu America’s oldest tofu shop.
